This 700-acre wildlife refuge is home to more than 3,500 ducks and geese and a native Wisconsin animal exhibit area. Stop in the Nature Education Center, Observation/Rehabilitation Building, Woodland Building, Resch Conservation Wing and Gift Shop. There are 6.2 miles of hiking and cross-country ski trails and many picnic areas. Free admission. Open year-round, April 15-Sept 14, 8am-7:30pm; Sept 15-April 14, 8am-4:30pm.

This ever changing and growing zoo features a 43-acre natural exhibit area. A Children's Zoo gives the little ones a hands-on experience. Wisconsin, Prairie, International, and Northern Trail animal exhibits provide glimpses of Austrailian wallabies, African lions, bison, reindeer, and penguins to name a few.
The zoo is accredited by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association and is a breeding and survival center for endangered species. Special events such as "Zoo Boo" for Halloween and "Walk the Wild Lights" in December are presented throughout the year. Admission charged.
